Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the South Coast who was last seen in Kiama.
Clara Truss, aged 34, was last seen in the vicinity of Kiama railway station about 10.30am last Friday.
When she failed to return home and could not be located or contacted, officers from South Coast Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
There are concerns for Clara’s welfare.
Clara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, of medium build, with long black hair that was tied in a ponytail.
She was last seen wearing a black and white jumper, blue jeans, black boots, carrying a black bag and smaller black handbag.
Clara is known to frequent the Wollongong, Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas.
Police are also appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Albion Park Rail.
Zara Pearson, aged 14, was last seen on Wooroo Street, Albion Park Rail, about 2.30am today (21 July 2025).
When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Lake Illawarra Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and lives with medical conditions.
Zara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of thin build, with shoulder length dyed pink hair.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, white “Puma” runners and possibly wearing black leggings/pants.
Following inquiries, police believe she may have been in the vicinity of Lake Macquarie Private Hospital near the Pacific Highway about 3.30pm today.
Zara is known to frequent the Lake Illawarra and Newcastle areas.
