Stuart has been a councillor for the past four years. He said he was running again to ensure local government in Kiama remained independent with local democratic control. 

“I can assure the community that if re-elected I will continue to work tirelessly to represent the interests of everyone in our community,” he said. “I love helping people in our community and I would love to continue doing so in the next term of council.”

He has grown up and lived in the Kiama area his entire life. He has a long family heritage connected to Kiama and the South Coast of NSW and identify as a Wodi Wodi man. He attended Minnamurra Primary School and Kiama High School and has completed a double degree in Law and Arts. He also has a graduate diploma in legal practice.
