A truck delivering gas bottles up a steep drive to a house on Gipps Street has reversed up onto a garden bed and is now left with the wheels hanging off the side of it, with firefighters concerned it may tip and explode.  

Two fire trucks and a team of firefighters are on site taking precautionary measures with hoses ready.

 A firefighter onsite has said it is not the first time this has happened, with a concrete truck having done the same thing on the steep drive two years ago.



The driveway to the house has been blocked off and a tow-truck has been called to remove the truck.

Gipps Street remains open.
