Postal vote applications are open for voters who are unable to vote in person at the state by-election on Saturday, 13 September.

Applications close at 6pm on Monday, 8 September. Late applications cannot be accepted.

Voters should apply now on the NSW Electoral Commission website to ensure they receive their postal vote as soon as possible.

Postal vote packs will be sent out from Monday, 1 September 2025.

Nominations for the ballot will open on Friday, 22 August and close the following Thursday (28 August) at midday.
