South Coast Police are relieved after their appeal for assistance to locate a young girl missing from the Shoalhaven has resulted in her being found.

The 12-year-old went missing after she was last seen boarding a train at Bomaderry, about 2.30pm on Saturday (5 July).

When she could not be located or contacted, officers from South Coast Police District were notified who started inquiries into her whereabouts.
